The conference will address three areas critical to restaurant revenue growth—engaging new guests, increasing spend and driving frequency. Participants will be immersed in hands-on learning working directly with expert speakers, off-site tours and other experiences to foster collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking.

The three tracks encourage restaurant business leaders to think about discrete issues that can be approached via a combination of creative utilization of new technologies and inventive borrowing of techniques that have worked for others. Speakers and facilitators will address specific topics under each focus area, but ideas will germinate across sessions.

Engaging New Guests

Learn about how tools like big data, attracting untapped audiences and incorporating leading technologies can help you be smarter about targeting and engaging new guests.

Increasing Spend

Once your guests are seated, boosting their spend is your most bankable path to increased revenue. Discover how kiosks, promotions and product placement can enhance your bottom line.

Driving Frequency

Guests who feel valued come back. And loyal regulars speed up business growth. Brainstorm how loyalty programs, emails and data can convert first-time diners into regulars.

During expert-led presentations, participants will take part in the discussions, helping shape the ideas and resources that are the end goal of the event. Dynamic sessions will provide insights from real-life situations and allow participants to share strategic approaches to problem-solving.

Our innovative approach to learning combines a variety of experiences, including facilitated brainstorming, pop-up conversations, crowdsourced topics and off-site visits. Participants will join in idea generation, problem-solving and agenda setting. Combined with the expert-led sessions, the blended learning format will foster collaboration among participants, giving everyone the opportunity to share what works for them and seek solutions to their challenges.
