    The Restaurant Revenue Growth Conference is open to senior-level industry professionals working in a restaurant, bar or foodservice operation.

    Suppliers and industry vendors are not eligible to attend.

  3. How much does it cost to register?back to top

    Advanced registration for National Restaurant Association members is US$699 and non-member advanced pricing is US$799. Advance registration ends Friday, April 6, 2018, 5 p.m. ET. Regular registration begins April 7, 2018 through the close of conference on May 21 and is US$799 for National Restaurant Association members, US$899 for non-members.

  5. I’m already registered for the National Restaurant Association Show. Can I add the conference to my current National Restaurant Association Show registration?back to top

    Yes. Eligible attendees may contact customer service at +1(800) 967-4590 or nra@experient-inc.com to add the conference to your registration. If eligible to attend, you will be credited the difference of the National Restaurant Association Show rate.

  6. What is included with my conference registration?back to top

    All conference sessions and experiences including the Networking Happy Hour on Sunday, May 20, as well as the opportunity to participate in an off-site tour and on-floor tours at the National Restaurant Association Show (all tours are first-come, first-serve; details coming soon), are included in conference registration.

    In addition, conference participants have complete access to the 2018 National Restaurant Association Show taking place at McCormick Place, May 19-22, 2018 and includes:

  8. Where do I get my badge? back to top

    Restaurant Revenue Growth Conference badges will be available onsite, and can be picked up at the Marriott Marquis starting Sunday morning, May 20, 2018 at 9:00 am.

  9. Can I use a credit card or a check to register? back to top

    Registration may only be paid for with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa).  Please note: We do not accept checks or cash payments.

  10. Are purchase orders and wire transfers accepted? back to top

    No, purchase orders and wire transfers are not accepted.

  11. Are children allowed at the conference?back to top

    No one under 16 years of age will be permitted into the conference at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This includes infants and toddlers. The National Restaurant Association reserves the right to request proof of age from any one at any time. This rule is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions to this policy. This rule applies to all participants. Registration of anyone under 16 years of age is unauthorized and in violation of these policies.

  12. What are the refund and cancellation policies? back to top

    Registered participants are required to submit their cancellation request to the National Restaurant Association customer service department at NRA@experient-inc.com by April 6, 2018. After this time no refunds will be issued.

  13. Are substitutions permitted?back to top

    Yes, substitutions may be made if the original registrant submits the request in writing including the name, company, phone and email of his/her replacement. Original payments cannot change and/or be substituted. If badge has mailed, original badge must be returned with the letter.

    Once badge mailing has stopped, badge, letter and identification must be brought to onsite registration for substitution to occur. Please note: If badge has already been used, a substitution will not be approved.

    Sharing of badges is not permitted.

    Hotel arrangements for Restaurant Revenue Growth Conference can be made here. Room availability and reservations are limited.
     

  15. Can I stay at the Marriott Marquis?back to top

    There are a limited number of hotel rooms available at the Marriott Marquis on a first-come, first-serve basis to conference participants. We anticipate more people at the conference than there are available rooms and therefore will not be able to accommodate everyone at the Marquis.

  16. Is shuttle service to the National Restaurant Association Show provided?back to top

    There will be not be shuttle service between the Marriott Marquis and the National Restaurant Association Show. Please allow an extra 15 minutes to walk to the Marriott Marquis from McCormick Place.

  17. When will I receive my conference materials? back to top

    The Restaurant Revenue Growth Conference materials will be available at Marriott Marquis beginning Sunday, May 20. Speaker materials and resources provided throughout the conference will be available onsite as well as online. These materials will be valuable tools to enhance your own business strategies.

    The dress code for the Restaurant Revenue Growth Conference is business casual.
